PLACING AN ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY A CUSTOMER WITH US

Before ordering, you must have created your account with us. We serve people in business or people starting a business. If you don’t have an active account, click on Create my Account link at the upper left of our website, fill the application form and we will answer you within 48 hours maximum.

DIFFERENT WAYS TO PLACE AN ORDER

1- the most efficient and fast way is through our website: www.sdvariations.com

a) you know at a glance if we have BO (back order), you also know if items are discontinued and most important you know what’s available, you shop under a real time inventory system.

b) when your order is done through our website, it is processed electronically, no human errors are possible.

c) you can use your shopping cart to add as you go along withwhat you need. No need to immediately place your order once in your shopping cart. Your shopping cart becomes your own order form.

MINIMUM ORDER

We serve a wide range of different customers; some buys by pallets for tens of thousands of dollars and we also serve people who need a little at a time. So you can order the amount you wish, no minimum is required. On the other hand if you order for $300.00 or more freight is FREE. If you order under $300.00 you will have to pay a charge for freight and handling.

PRODUCT SELECTION

We have one of the best selections of products in stock coming from more than 60 different companies, thousands of products all available from our warehouse in Laval. No waiting time, you order, we ship your order the same day. (If orders made before 9:00am)

PAYMENT METHODS

Master Card – Visa – Interact –COD – Certified cheque – Postal draft – Bank draft, e-mail transfer. All prices are in Canadian currency.

DELIVERY

We deliver within 48 to 72 hours in Ontario and Québec, everywhere else in Canada in 4 to 5 days.

S.D. Variations inc, is a 100% Canadian company, established since 1982. If you care about competition, take note that S.D. Variations inc. is the only Canadian company which doesn’t sell at retail level. In other words, we are not your competitor. We prefer cooperating with you instead of competing against you.
